​We are seeking a candidate with welding experience (certifications are a plus but not required) or someone who is mechanically inclined who demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The ideal applicant is able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods, and is comfortable working in hot, dusty, and physically demanding environments. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong focus on safety are essential for success in this role.

Your Responsibilities include
This position includes performing welding on structural and custom projects, along with fabricating, cutting, grinding, and fitting metal components to meet specifications. The role requires safely and efficiently operating shop equipment while maintaining quality and precision. Candidates must be comfortable working in industrial environments that may be dirty at times.

The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in the trade and is eager to grow, learn, and continuously improve their skills. Strong professional communication skills are essential, and a valid driver’s license is required.
